WASHINGTON has been highly regarded for the integrity of its state government, but that reputation is slipping. Richard McManusThe Dying Fossil Fuel Industry May 23, 2017: The only real question for us is not when the fossil fuel industry collapses, but how it collapses. (aka stop producing and selling cheap oil). Would Americans foot the bill for a second massive bailout of these energy companies, so soon after the first?
